Which DD2 for around around 300mhz, tightest latencies?

Which DDR2 modules, perferably 2x1gb, for 300mhz or less, with tightest latencies as possible for DDR2 would you recomend me?
Are there any other chips for tight latencies out there, beside fatty D9s?
How low can DDR2 go with latences? 3-2-2-1 or lower?
