Motherboard: DFI NF4 Infinityhttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813136164

RAM: G.SKILL 2GBHZ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820231021 (There are plenty of other good options however).

PSU: Enermax 535w http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=270402 (It's not a powerstream or anything, but it's cheap, powerful, and has good amperage).

Thanks for the advise Kobalt although I wouldent want another infinity if someone tryed to give it to me. Mabey the 939's are ok but the 754 are a piece of **** in my books wouldent even reconise 2 double sided sticks of pc 3200 ram.Im looking for the best buy on a good overclocker in the lanparty grupe. the infinity board you mentioned mey be ok but im gunshy i gave the last one away to a friend who had some pc2700 ram it would see. I probubly should have been alittle clearer about the MB's I was talking about and do not mean to give offence,If it wasent all you guys using DFI and all the knoledge ive read about hear ide be doing ASUS.

Well you said money matters and you mentioned wanting a DFI. The DFI LP SLI motherboards are like $160 :stick:.

your exactly right and there are like 4 of them ranging from 124.00 us to 195.00 us ill list them.
1. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813136152
2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813136151
3. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813136166
4. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813136157

the top one is 124.00 us but im not sure about the OCability and things like how picky itis about the type ram you use. That's why im asking advise im sure i could buy the 200.00 sly dr and do ok but that kind of straines the budget im used to buying 110.00 asus boards but im looking for a better overclocker and the new asus are 160 anyway. So what do you think,And thank you for your time BTW you relly like the Gskill better than the Munskin ram??===BA===

Okay well the top one wouldn't work because you have two graphics cards...

The "Expert" versions are known to have many problems, such as killing cpu's  so stay away :)

Attached is a comparison chart of the models so you can make your decision. I would get either the UT SLI-DR or the Infinity SLI. By the way, the NF2 infinity was a great motherboard so not all infinities are bad. Do some research on them however. You don't need to spend an extra 50$ for a colorful motherboard, an extra lan chip, and rounded cables...

All the lanparties are great overclockers, generally speaking. IDK about their quirks though. I got a Lanparty Expert, but I haven;t tried overclocking yet. Good luck, and props to you. IDK of many retired folks that keep up with computer stuff much, especially the super-extreme side of it.

Although, maybe I've just not payed much attention.

DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D ATX == is the first one at 124.00 us I though that was a SLI and it turns out to be a DXG(Dual Xpress Graphics) supported, whatever that is im a gamer and lthe faster my box is the better it will push my video cards. Thank you

it runs 2 gfx cards at x16/x2 bandwidth, so the second one is slower. If you get the SLI-D, it'll run them at x8/x8. you can mod the Ultra-D, but if you do, you gotta use oooold nvidia drivers, which are hard to find, and you gotta get an SLI bridge.
