Noticeable difference?

Currently I have an AMD 3700+ S754 on a DFI LanParty UT nF3 250Gb running at stock speeds of 2.4 GHz (200 x 12). Would there be a noticeable speed difference if I was to get nicer RAM (G-Skill HZ), lower the multiplier, and run it at 2.5 GHz (250 x 10)?

yes, faster ram = more bandwidth = less waiting time

yes, faster cpu increases bandwidth even further and speeds up the computing process = less waiting time

depends on what you do.. if you don't do anything UBER memory intensive or Requires alot of CPU power.. you will not be able to detect the difference..
