hi, does any one know any good software to overclock a mobime sempron 2800 ? (i dont mind if battery life goes down)

dont overclock laptops.

Unless you built that laptop yourself, your options will be VERY limited just from the bios side of it.

Factor in low voltage from your psu, terrible heat dissipation of laptops, and the poor fans usually used, and you would not benefit much at all from oc'ing it. Slap the mobile in a desktop, then consider.
