Buy Question: AMD 4000+ oder Opti 150???

I'm searching for a CPu with a good standard Speed and with good overplcok potential, so what would you choose???
The Sandy 4000+ or the Opteron 150???

Or would you rather buy a Opti 148, because of better clocking skills???

Opteron if your gonna oc, fx if your rich, x2 if your a multitasking fiend or want to be futureproof, standard athlon for the rest. Realistically, opterons are only good if your looking to overclock because the comparable athlon is clocked higher.

i think i've to mention that i'll play with the CPU most of the time.
Overclocking is just secondary.
i want to have a CPU that runs 2800 GHz with standard VCore,
so i wanted to choose a CPU with high standard speed.

So do you thing the Opteron 148 or the 150 instead of the 4000+ Sandy???
