I'm trying to buy my new amd pc upgrade from newegg using Bill Me Later as the payment method and all i've been getting are these frustrating errors:

Just to see if it was just me, my mom tried putting in her info and it gave her the same shinanigans too. I even tried TigerDirect's Bill Me Later and got the same issue. My mom is only letting me buy my upgrade through Bill Me Later, so what do I do? I've tried everything. :mad:
