Last month I started to mod a Mach2GT with two evaps for a SLI/Crossfire rig. I'm using a small chilly1 head and a special flat evap, perfect for such a unit.

First testrun with R507

Thermometer shows -47° on evap 1 and -47.3° on evap 2

Loaded it does about -25° to -30° with a load of 120w at both evaps.

Excellent work :toast:

What gas are you using with this one?

I love the flat evap, very well machined and ideal for the inner card. Do you have a mounting system for it yet?

Very good temps loaded too. I'm impressed as always :D

Thx. I use R507 as in all my units. I have a mounting for it, I'll take a pic today.

Have You used the same suction and capillary line lenght with both evaps ??

What capillary lenght You have used in every evap ??

Balance between evaps is great

Very nice when I did mine chilly1 told me to use the same length capillary for both did you do the same ??

Yes both capillary lines have the sam length. I used 210cm of 0.026" captube.

She's a beauty col_ice.

That flat evap is dandy. You mahine that yourself, or have a local shop do it?

An excellent work Cold hoists, I had liked to lot the evap for the GPU, hope you don't get angry in to future with me for that it plows it for my in to I it cheats Have enough copper like to be able to him to it manufactures, but I believe that I will expect to it cheats ;)
That thickness has the copper of the block for the gpu?

really nice work there, i really like the evap, the flat one is really nice, wich one of the evapps are better under load, the flat one or chilly1 copy ??

I realized no real difference.

Very nice...

The NL11F I ordered from you is to mod my Vapo LS with dual evap for my xeon rig ;)

In a system like this and with r410 do you think it will be better an HX in the suction return, placed between the condenser and drier, to help condensate the gas? Or go just with r404a?

I would go with R404a/R507. R410A is a very high pressure gas, you will get atleast 15bar+ highside pressure. As the NL11F is a R134a compressor, the motor might be killed after some runs.
I don't think a suction HX will gain you much, neither with R410A nor with R404a.

Thanks, r404a will be then ;)
The hx idea was only if I use r410...
