I've got an old 1.6 here and it can post at stock voltage@533fsb, just not boot. What's a good starting point? 1.85v maybe?

up the voltage in the smallest increments possible until either your system boots or it just wont power on, if it wont power on then you need to lower your FSB and voltage.
