Hey here's a pic.. Does it seem proper?? - I know the top is a bit messy, but its perfect below..
Its armaflex termo-tape..

Yeah thats fine just use dielectric in between to fill any gaps that may have been caused by overlaps etc

CPU insulation worked perfectly...
GFX insulation on the other hand, it werent efficient, the PCB got cooold, no leaks in insulation, but PCB = -8 deg C :P
- Insulated WHOLE gfx now.. :)

- And I've learned a lesson "TURN OFF THE FREAKIN' PUMP WHILE COMPUTERS TURNED OFF"

I don't like the foam on the CPUs SMDs but you're golden around the socket :)

hehe, yeah, It caused troubles... :) - Couldnt get proper contact - tested with AS5 ofcause, so removed it, but there's still some on, which gives a quite nice effect, allows me to push a bit on the cooling head and still have proper contact... - Which was quite hard before.. :)

Sadly, my CPU has a delta 30 !!! - load temps are 30 deg C warmer than liquid, which sucks... - Can only go @ +5 to +10 load... - But it clocks great, more results up lateron today, but 3250mhz on -15 liquid, aimming for 3300mhz P95 stable.. - 3400/3450 bench stable.

Dude... r u planning to run ln2 trough it :P haha, very thick insulation for a chiller.. but good though.

Lol, almost overboard on the insulation there. Should do the trick I'd imagine.

And I fought I used a very little, reed Shamino / Lardarse's guide for insulation on VR-zone, wow, 2-3 different things around CPU, WHOLE mobo in insulation :D

Haha nicely done :D

Any specs on the chiller?

Yes, but not allowed too submit them :)
Lets just say it has a decent capacity :D

But CPU has a major coldbug... - But dont think 300W load from GPU + CPU + GFX-mem into the water will bring it down to warmer than -20 / -25 deg C :)

The compressor EATS power, the whole unit uses 45x W :D

LOL That will do. As far as I'm concerned you can't be to carefull. I would rather go to extremes with insulation to protect my expensive parts.

hope to see some posts on the temps soon.

hehe, my CPU likes 20 deg as well as 65 @ load... So temps arent important atm... - Idle = lower than 10, coldbugs appear... - I'll have to keep the water warm... But gonna ship my "old" CPU today, then I'll get a new in next week :)

- If that doesnt have coldbug it'll be running soon :D - Futher, a couple of danes has offered their aid... 3700+ coldbug free, FX55 coldbug free, x1900XT for benchies with me :)

EDIT:
At 65 deg C load, it still runs P95 at 3,0 ghz stable :D

Not the prettiest thing but that is not the point of the insulation is it.
Looks good, and if it works even better to me.

Nice clocks, and good luck, I think that's really cool that people offer you good clocking hardware just to see a new WR.

Hehe, well, didnt happen, had to buy it, but its around the same price as an used Mach I / Mach II, and performs alot better IMO...

... But when I get more time, I'll look into not having to buy all the stuff myself ;)
