with 2,7 they have boot at 280mhz 3-4-4-8-1, unfortunately the asrock is limited at 2,7v dimm
they don't are chip micron, but are chip VDATA -5B ;)

Have you considered vdimm mod? I've seen at least 3 different vdimm mod types for that board :)

BTW, how much can they do with 2-2-2 or 2-3-2 timings?

Last time I checked, V-Data (aka A-Data) did not manufacture chips, simple rebranded chips made by others or sold them with original markings. The following quote is from a "Newsroom" release...see the linked site.

For professional DRAM module producers like A-DATA, their main product is the crucial component of every computer ¡V DRAM, and their suppliers are IC producers such as Samsung, Hynix, Powerchip, Windbond, and Nanya. Module vendors purchase memory IC from producers through cash transactions, then start the circuit design and combine IC chip and other components on a circuit board. Afterwards, the finished products are sold directly to 3C channel distributors or system integration companies. Of course, these module vendors¡¦ business with their customers is done through cash transactions as well.

Check the attached group of pics to see if your chips (5B) looks like the one listed under V-Data.
