Multiplier 4 on A64 has a bug which forces memory divider to go up one step.
sorta. what happens is there isn't a cpu/4.. the lowest is cpu/5, so 1:1 with a 4x multi isn't possible, 4:5 is the highest it'll go

when you run 1:2 with a 4x multi, that will work properly, as cpu/8 ;)

edit: what is up with the server? why is my post suddenly on top of the thread?

Is that with the multi 4?
Then, AFAIK, that isn't the actual memory speed.
