Hi
I have 2GBHZ GSkill Rams and i want to run them @ 250 Mhz, so in their Specs. I know that they have 3-4-4-8 etc.. all these settings I have set in the Bios, but i have a DFI LanParty Expert Board and there are some more Timings left:rolleyes:
Till now i let them on Auto, but now i tried to overclock my CPU and not the CPU is the problem, the subtimings are the problem, so i search the best timings for 250 Mhz, so that i solve this problem... I dont know what most of these timings mean or what they are good for.. i only need timings, which are stable @250Mhz and where i can be sure, that the RAM runs great.. Has someone an idea? I wanted to ask in the GSkill Board, there is Anthony or so, he is very nice and gives everybody screenshots of the right settings, but the board is down ;(

Plz help me ;)

the settings shown here in my A64tweaker window are good up to 275mhz for me, @ 2.58 volts! just compare their abbreviation with what you see in bios under your GENIE settings -> DRAM settings. (tras, trc, tcl, etc). and set TREF to 3684. the A64tweaker program is the window in the upper left of the picture.
