I have more than 40 wallpapers that are in 1024x768 and I wanted to know how I can increase the size to 1900x1200 since my new monitor's recommended res is 1900x1200. It's been year since I've used photoshop. Can anyone help?

You just go to Image -> Image Size and put whaever size you want. But increasing the size will result in more blury picture. You shoud make it look better

Can I use a program like IrfanView aside from using Photshop?

Don`t think that IrfanView has the options to correct image quality. Increasing size will drasticly decrease it`s look

Also, when you resize, since it's not the same aspect ratio, set the width to 1920 and have the height be automatically set based on the ratio. Also, play around with the Bicubic vs. Bicubic sharper vs. Bicubic smoother. I like to oversample (go too high) with Bicubic sharper and then sampledown with Bicubic smoother (think of it as anti-aliasing). If that's all over your head, ignore it.

Vapor it's not over my head. Now it's starting to come back to me since I just started to fool around with the Photoshop.
