so, i just picked up some 3700EB 2x512mb, to replace my 2x256mb 3500EB. same chips, different sized sticks. i need some help with extended timmings on a dfi NF3 250GB board. especially refresh times. people must have experience with this ram, it was a big overclocker.

3.0-3.1V with 3-2-2 timings (needs CAS 3). A good pair of stick might like 3.2V and run up to 250ish at those timings.

Refresh should be 1560 or 3120 those should work fine (not sure if those are in the 250GB)
