PQI Turbo @DDR600 - Almost Stable

I think this is one of my first posts here but i've done a lot of reading in the last couple of months.

My PQI tccd is rated @ DDR500 2.5-3-3-7 and I get to run 3dmark06 @ DDR600.

I'm trying to get my ram stable @ ddr600... OCCT will fail on the last 10-13 minutes. Maybe u can help me out getting ir stable.

try changing tref to 3072 cycles, and mess with drive strengths

heres my settings at DDR600 with gskill LE tccd. You might have to change the timings to 2.5-4-3-7 or 2.5-4-4-8 . hope this helps .

Yes, i have an 26cfm 80mm fan over it (just hanging above the box amd cooler!)

I'll try that Tref and DS stuff tomorrow! Now i'm priming for DDR500 2.5-3-3-7 tighter..

I've seen these memories do quite well too.

occt, doesn't stress memory AFAIK, so i would suggest that you try raising your vcore, rather that changing 3dmark06 stable memory settings.

I have PQI Turbo TCCD, mines the DDR 400 model though. It'll do DDR600 @ 2.5-4-3-8 easily with 2.73v's. You should try those timimgs. I'll post full settings later.

Validated @ DDR 600 2.5-4-4-8, just for the fun of it.
