Anyone know what ic's this ram is using and what they are capable of. This is off my pc3200 KHX and stock volts is 2.6v

i wanna guess samsung based on the little metal spots on the edge, but the pin #1 dot is a touch too big

that's Infineon.

is it 512MB or 1GB stuff?

I'd say infineon also. 2-3-2 timmings ?

In cpu-z under SPD it says 2.5-3-3-8

yeah, but they could do 2-3-2@200MHz with 2.6-2.7V.

give it a shot.

Sometimes SPD says diferent than what are rated to, check the heatspreader, maybe there says that are rated @2-3-2, i think the last KHX3200 2-3-2 were with infineon chips, and i'd say that's your memory... Maybe i'm wrong but that's my two cents :p:

yes, thats true. HyperX should be CL2 rated stuff AFAIK.

IIRC when I first got it and was benching pi I was able to pull those timings.

And I looked on the Heat spreaders but it didn't say. weird
