This 3dmk benching stuff is addictive and frustrating!
I was benching last night and had some very impressive scores on certain tests, like 360 in Drago Low, but I couldn't finish a run of 3dmk.
What exactly are HARD LOCKS, where the screen simply freezes like a snapshot of the trucks in Car chase...or whatever.
When I lose NATURE, it's usually a reboot. But Drago and Car chase, it's hard locks. Then you've got to reset the rig and start again. Maybe these dx9 drivers stink?
I'm gonna reinstall again...just check my steps
1) reinstall winxp pro, delete old partition, create new partition on
38,xxx mb area (40gb HDD) the only partition. Is a one partition rig ok?
2) Is there a way to get sp1 on disk? Downloading it sux!
3) I can't find old 6193 drivers?? Any ideas? My high 3dmk is with 6215's
4) winxppro, sp1, intel drivers, app's, r9700 drivers, right?
apic enabled? lan, usb disabled, etc

r9700 400-430/356 (depending on it's mood, but that's another story) ALPHA 6035 hs/f
at 1.61-1.70v,
MCX 478 cooled 2.66@ 20x170 = 3400 @ 1.73v
