Hello everyone. I can't seem to get my ram to go higher than 250mhz. I've tried loser timings, tighter timings high/low voltz but this ram wont go above 250mhz. Right now my system is prime/memtest stable at these settings. Ram will do what its rated at so I guess I can't complain.

Try these settings
Max Async Latency and Read Preamble to 8ns and 5ns, respectively.
Reduce voltage to 2.60v in bios. (These UCCC LOVE low volts)
For TREF use 3684
Set TRFC to 14
Play around a LOT with Drive strength and data strength - they can make the difference between 10,000 errors and 0 errors.
Good luck! :toast:

One more thing - for the Drive Strengths, what i usually do is try 8/4, then 8/3, 8/2, 8/1, 7/4, 7/3, etc. etc. and see which combo works the best. I personally think thats the most thorough and efficient way to test it.
I'm going to school up here, Northeastern, so I live in Back Bay/Fenway.
Let me know how you make out.

Rock solid at 250mhz 3-4-4-8 under 2.6v. I'm real happy with my cpu overclock (can go higher) so i'm leaving it at that.

Yea i cant get mine to clock past 260 either :/. I dunno how others are hitting 280+ without a sweat. They must have gotten real lucky.
