My problems lie somewhere in my timings, I get so-so errors (less than 10 so far...) in tests #5 and test #8, all of this is random loops ect, Its real weird, I think I'd find some better help here instead of the AMD section in the Revision E6 3700+ thread I started, I'm gunning for 250mhz 2-2-2-5 (or any other tras..) 3.47v

Heres the timings and volts set in bios

cpc - enable
cl - 2.0
trcd - 2
tras - 5
trp - 2
trc - 7
trfc - 13
trrd - 2
twr - 2
twtr - 1
trwt - 2
tref - 4196
twcl = auto

skew = auto
-value - 0
DRAM Drive Strength - Level 7(Reccomend me some numbers?)
DRAM Data Strength - level 3 - reduce 15%
MAL - 8ns
rp - 5ns
Idle Cycle Limit - 16
R/W Bypass - 16x
Bypass max - 7x

NB Analog Volts 1.4 (Bios)
LDT Bus - 1.3 (Bios)
NB Core - 1.3 (Bios)
CPU VID & startup - 1.5 (Bios setting)
DRAM Voltage - 3.47 (Bios)

Try less volts, from 3.0 to 3.3V should work fine

trfc - 14~16
tref - 3120 or 1560 or 2064 or 2336
DRAM Drive Strength - Level 7 or L8
DRAM Data Strength - level 1
MAL - 7ns
rp - 5~6ns

try these:

cl - 2.0
trcd - 2
tras - 6
trp - 2
trc - 9
trfc - 16
trrd - 2
twr - 2
twtr - 2
trwt - 2
tref - 1168
twcl = 1

skew = decrease
-value - 0
DRAM Drive Strength - Level 8 or 6
DRAM Data Strength - level 1
MAL - 8ns
rp - 6ns
Idle Cycle Limit - 16
R/W Bypass - 16x
Bypass max - 7x

try setting volts to 3.3-3.4v

I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, I ran memtest for around 4 - 5 hours today, No errors, I cannot still run 3D... memory is memtest stable @ 3.3v... I'm losing sleep over this, maybe its just the :banana::banana::banana::banana:ty DFI RDX bios, who knows.

i could run my TCCD 310mhz 2.5-4-3-6 stable but i couldnt run anything in windows over 289mhz

Meh... still need help :(

Were both gunning for the same result, im still having problems as well but I got a tip, I think you should mess around with TREF, I found that TREF 2064 was way better for me then any other value @ DDR 500, still cant get it stable thru 8M :/

I used tref value 3120 200mhz 15.9us... I'm done with my hassels, I posted a classfied wanted to trade ad for some PC-4000 binned Winbond type memory.

3684 and 1168 are good tREFs for +250MHz.
Try tightening both tWTR and tRWT to 1.

btw. try Memtest HCi (http://hcidesign.com/memtest/).

Mmmm, maybe mid day of the week I will break out the 92mm Vantec and go for it, so far, this forum and bleedinedge have been the only help for me, nobody at DFi street not even bother to look at thread, same with i4memory (My guess is the RDX200 isnt well known with any members which is understandable) I've gone through countless threads and havent found a solution to my problems, I'll try and loop memtest86 test5 for like a day... or night but the 92mm Vantec is extremely annoying.

Looks like were on the same both then x) were shooting for the same target (DDR 500 2-2-2-5), since I know both of my modules are capable of DDR 500 single with 3.2v I think they should do it in dual with a little more voltage. Right now im trying with 3.32-3.34 (vdimm jumps) If I raise the voltage it will crash earlier, same if I lower it, so im just playing with RAM settings atm.. 100MHz 15.6us was the best for me, hope you will hit DDR500
