G.Skill HZ 4000 problems

I can't seem to get this to run faster than 250mhz 3-4-4-8 @ 2.7 volts. I tried for 260mhz but failed memtest after 2 hours. Cpu multi is 7x,LDT multi is 2.5, ram ratio is 1/01 and cpu vid is 1.55v. Please help a noob out:( .
