I just bought a pair of this ram: 2x256 mushkin pc3200 level one 991088 2-3-2 (19 january 2006)

and i want to know what chips this mems have. ch5? mosel vitelic?

Looks like ch5 2-"3"-2 do in the most of the times mean ch5

the newest modules have ch5? sure?

i've read in a forum that the oldest level-one had ch5 and the newest have mosel vitelic 5ns, so that is fake.

991087 was also CH-5, 2x512mb. I have two kits right here.
991088 very close to 991087.

I doubt it's Mosel, that P/N doesn't exist on Mushkin's site anymore(same with 991087 and all the old bh/ch)
