Question about G-Skill HX

I can only get these stable at 230x12, my last ram was TCCD and my BIOS are
623-3. Is this the Bios that I need or not please let me know what BIOS I need to achieve 250 stable. I am running 4000+ sandy + DFI Nfroce4 ultra D + G-Skill 2x1 gig HX...If anyone can list all the memory timings and settings for me to try that would be great...any help would be greatly appreciated....ty

try 3-3-2-5 and see what it will go

I have tried that to no avail, was wondering if I might be using the wrong BIOES

Try swapping the memory between the yellow and orange slots.
