A64 tweaker - windows restarts

I was messing around in A64 tweaker 0.60B. I changed a few settings and set it to apply settings at startup. When windows starts after 5 seconds the system reboots. When I make changes in my bios before windows it doesn't matter because I guess A64 tweaker is over-riding them on startup. What should I do?

Load windows in safe mode and stop A64 Tweaker from loading on startup.
You're able to load into safe mode by tapping F5 or F8 (I forget which) before windows loads.

if you have a custom clock on a geforce that applies at startup, but it makes problems, when hold that Ctrl it also deactivates the overclock and your card has stock speed (unless you have flashed a custom bios)
