View Full Version : can not log in into my local host.

my network is fine, try everything including uninstall and install, but i canot log in to my local system. :mad:

any ideas ?

had the same problem with a machine last night, dunno what it was about.

if I started up boinc.exe first everything went as it should.... rebooted the system (and downclocked it a bit since its been having issues for a bit) and it works fine now.

Also why do you run D2OL and Boinc at the same time? I think either one of them won't crunch at all or both will perform poorly...

That is the way to fix it.. start BOINC.exe (the CMD) and then retry..

its not working together jaime, d2ol runs in the background coz the boinc canot start.

but thanks guys, its work fine now, i jest start the boinc from the cmd like bullet2urbrain tell.

new problem now.
boinc work fine will the cmd in open (start boinc on the cmd)
but when the cmd is close, the boinc gui canot connect to my system. :mad:

edit: restart solve it :)

its work fine for now.

I had this same exact problem after a system crash. It blue screened so I rebooted it. When it came back up into windows I had this same exact error. A reboot solved it for me just fine.
