This is my Third set of HZ'S that refuse's boot at 250 i had to RMA the first 2 back to New Egg. I just need some help to get them to run at 250. They Post fine at 200 and the Clock gen i can get them up to 245 then my machine crashes. I know it is not my chip cause i have some cruical ballistix that run at 285 1:1 on my Chip Which is a Athlon +4000 and my mobo which is a A8N SLI deluxe. Can someone post there Bois setting's if they have these sticks working on this board. SInce there is so few memory options in the Bois. I have attached a CPU-z and a A64 screen. Also please remeber i can not even boot at 250 so setting anything in a64 tweeker does not effect it it when i reboot

Thanks For you help

See here (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=75199) and here (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=74524). You should try TWTR 2 and Max Async Latency 8ns when you overclock via clockgen, just to see if they make any difference.

But my main problem is at 3-4-4-8 The memory gets tons of errors when running memtest from a boot disk at its default speed. I can not even boot into windows at it's default speed and i have loosed the timings even more in the bois and it will still not boot

try changing command rate to 2T, or bumping up memory voltage a notch or two.

Changing it to 2t works but it should be albe to run at 1t right how much of a performance hit is 2t

I also ordered a DFI ultra-d Tonight so we will see if this helps

Its the Asus, you have to run it at 2t
I guarantee you its NOT the ram
