I have 2x1GB or Twinmos RAM (not value ram) and I cannot find any information about the chips that they have:
P/N: M2G9016ABATT9G081KADT
Model No: M2G9O16A-TT
The chips are labeled TwinMos and they have the above codes on them:
TMD6208F8E501
0546D
Any ideas ? I have searched through the RAM chip database topics but I haven't found any answer.

on 512MB modules, AADT & CADT were Powerchip ICs.
it seems that 2nd letter from right marks the ICs manufacturer since AADT & CADT are both Powerchip, and 1A4T & AA4T are Winbond.

the ones that i have are 1GB modues (not 2x512MB)
Are there powerchip any good at all ?
I am getting timings 2.5-4-4-8 and SPD show me timings 2.5-3-3-8
I have it auto at the BIOS.
