it looks very close to the ones i have
m368l6523cus-ccc
k4h510838c-uccc 549
i just tested a pair in a p5p800 ram set to 500 3-4-4-8 2.65 vdimm no problems.
will try a pair later at home so how far they will go.

VictorWang, those are single-sided, 8 ICs only, right?
and please post some pics, or the full marking on the ICs. is it K4H510838C or K4H510838D?

2 x 512mb @ 2.65v
1m pi stable
http://www.ljsnet.co.uk/uccc/513mb2921m.JPG
and 3d mark stable
http://www.ljsnet.co.uk/uccc/284timings.JPG
2.75 and 2.85 made them worse.
this is better than my gskill tccd la that would not do 280 at any settings.
2 x 1gb @ 2.75 3d mark stable

I new changing the ram i buy at work would pay off sooner or later.
i do try and test them as they come in last ones had 546 chips on them but they were poor.
these 549 are good chips.
i wonder if 2.7 vdimm would be a good balance and get them a little higher.
at 2.75 the max fsb was 286 1m pi stable i started to get errors above this but at 2.65v no problem at 292 maybe try 2.55V or 2.6V
at 284 2.65v i ran 3dmark 2k1 for a couple of hours no problems.

Tested how far you can go at 2-3-3-5? I've got TCCC (shouldn't be very big difference except that UCCC's is leadfree and TCCC has lead) and they can do 2-3-3-5 64µs RMS @ 231,5! I tested them in Prime95 Blend Test for 2,5 hours, then they had an error, but I'm sure it is the CPU that was the weak link.
Only thing is that they won't boot at even 211 with 2-3-3-5 from BIOS, but it goes really smooth from windows and ClockGen/i865 Tweaker.
Mine are also Generic Samsung, K4H560838F-TCCC, 434.

nice nice nice.....better thana Ballstix kits and lower lower cost....
I just wonder if samsung kept for herself the better ic's.......mhhhh
i'll argue that. 2x512mb ballistix costs $110, and i can do 300mhz at 3-3-3 rock solid with only 2.8v ;)

RAM with less ICs will always do better than the same stuff with more ICs.
it's just like 256MB vs 512MB BH5's.

I wonder if four of those can run 1t [because are single side ] . George Can u send me your's to test it 4X512 :D ?
4X512 @ 270-280 1t 3-4-4-8 for ~160$[€]~ is an excellent value
