TCCD + Opty 170 problem

Ok here is my problem:

Before, with both 3000+ winchester and 3000+ venice, my OCZ Plat rev2 was doing easy 300 mhz 2.5-4-3-7 and now I'm having a hard time with my Opty 170 @ 280mhz. The only way to be superpi 32M stable is with 2.5-4-4-9 timmigs!!! :( I'm having a huge drop in mem bandwith (memtest 1.55 is giving me 2487mb/s). :slapass:

Here are the BIOS settings on my Ultra-D (bios FX60test btw tried 623, 702-bta, etc)

We are not the only with this problem and TCCD, and nobody have found the explanation, maybe a Tref combination or some strenght....
