Yesterday I got the Teamgroup DDR600 TCCD 1GB kit.

Today, I got to OC a little but I have some issues....300x9
2.5-3-3-6 @2.6v is not Windows stable. I run 20 passes of
Memtest #5 without errors...but in Windows SuperPi 1M is
a no go:slapass: :slapass: (well I managed to run it once at
2.6v + .03v option..have not tried again - yet), but everything else is not stable...SPi32M, Prime ...fails after 2 minutes. I also tried running Prime blend at 250Mhz and it
failed after 10 minutes....previously I ran my ch-5 memory
at 247MHz (166 divider) without any problems.

Can these be because of the crappy memory settings (bios 623-3 all on default except CPC on and 2.5-3-3-6 timings) . Or is it possible that the memory controller is bad.

I will continue testing and tweaking the momory once I get home, but would appreciete your insight. Maybe togehter we can do it:banana:

I think blaming your controller here is jumping the gun a bit. Try tweaking your ram settings a bit more...is it TCCD?

Yes, it's TCCD. I know it is a bit early....just trying to get some info on how to recognize if it is the memory controller
or just the settings that need to be tweaked.....will try the
XS DDR600 TCCD guide....but I'm still at work:stick:

I would think your mem controller would have to be REALLY bad if i couldn't do 2-3-3-6

2-3-3-6 ...I don't understand what you mean...at 200MHz?
I tried only the default settings at 200Mhz.

you need to set the alpha timings.

Well..I managed to set the right timings as to pass SuperPi
1M and 32M test...currently Prime95 blend test is running at home....4hours and counting:banana:   ....hope it lasts till I get home (12hours:toast: ). Timings 2.5-4(this seem to do the trick)-3-6....will post all timings when I get back at hope.

I also tried the XS DDR600 TCCD guide settings but is not stable...sometimes 1M test passes, somethimes not...32M
not a chance.:slapass:
