Opty 148 Cabye problems

Hi friends...
i have a Opteron 148 Cabye 0528 gpmw with a XP-90c and Delta Fan 142Cfm, mushkin redlines 2*512 hp 3200
he goes to 3000mhz 1.48v rock solid but no 3001mhz o more? the temp idle 30c, load 38-40c. i try 1.5, 1.52 and 1.55v....no results

are you sure 3ghz is rock solid? have you run prime95/SP2004 for a few hours?

maybe the mainboard is the error. Which one do you have? A DFI? Maybe another bios?

the mother is DFI EXPERT, PSU OCZ 600w, 7800gtx 256 KO, audigy 2zs

are you sure 3ghz is rock solid? have you run prime95/SP2004 for a few hours?
sorry but only run Spi 2mb.

run 32m s-pi to be sure...

my needs like 1.65v and is still not 100% stable at 3ghz.

but for 2.95 i can run like 1.5v

I prefer my Expert over my SLI-DR myself. I have a Opteron 146 CAB2E 300x10 @ 1.5v stable. Im quite happy with it. Maybe its just the limit of your cpu?

yeah, i use HTT at 3 even when i went way past 300 on my 3000+. A few other things to try: changing bios, changing multiplier.

i try with HTT 2x and 3x and nothing. i try to remove the IHS but i can´t i use a Carbon Steel surgical blade.
