Ok I'm not very up to date with SLI or AMD...
I'm building a new rig with a 4000+ San Diego and two 7800GT's. My question is, is the price difference between SLI 16x (where the SLI slots run constantly at 16x) worth the price difference between normal SLI (where the slots would run at 8x when two cards are inserted) ? Can I really use that much bandwidth with these cards?
Ant advice would be greatly appreciated.
