Mushkin Lv 2 3500 BH-5 256 x 2

Ok I got my mushkin level 2 3500 in today , I have the evga mobo and the v-dimm voltage goes to 3.25 , I downloaded a64 tweaker v0.60 and was wondering what settings I should set it to to get around 250 FSB right now Im at 225fsb super pi stable and running 2-2-2-5 here is a pick of the a64 settings i have now

twtr 1 if not stable switch back to 2
tref 3120 <- u can chosse another if more stable ;)
idle cycle limit 16
maybe loosen up read preamble a bit to 5 or 5.5
rest is fine

my max on the board is 3.25 so I will need a ddr booster

3120 in bios means 200 15.6 ;)

I would say to use 166 1.95us it should work a little better for you. What cpu do you have cuz that will make a difference as well.

i too have some L2 PC3500 BH-5 2 x 256... These are old skool BH-5 also. Would these preform better then my 2 x 512 samsung TCCC? Looking for max performance in gaming. I play BF2. right now i have the samsung at 200 - 7-3-3-2.5 the mushkin will go to 270 5-2-2-2 3.3v (on a intel system P4C800E Dlx with all the v-mods) before memtest doesn't like it.

I got the same Mushkins as you got mine do 24/7 stable 255mhz 2-2-2-5 @3,2v on DFI

Ok I just ran 3dmark01 3dmark03 3dmark05 and super pi 1m and 32m so is it safe to say the ram is stable @ 225 2-2-2-5 so I can move on to the next 230 thx

Why are you opening another thread ? Just ask in your Mushkin thread and don't open threads for every new question about the same topic that comes to your mind.

Good point, icm4n2005! I merged both threads, which is still pointless as then new thread wayway created is just a copy of his 1st thread.
