I have a Fatality AA8XE mobo:
ABIT Fatal1ty AA8XE Socket T (LGA 775) Intel 925XE ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813127189)
and I just bought 2 WD HDD:
Western Digital Caviar SE16 250GB 3.5" SATA 300 MB/s Hard Drive - OEM (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16822144701)

Im no graphics designer or video editor. Jst a big Gamer and internet browser. Should I set up a Raid 0 or just install the 2 drives regularly C: & D: ?

I personally wouldn't worry about using RAID, however for the wankfactor it may be worth it.

if you don't need the extra storage and want to say you have raid 0 then install it, but overall it won't make much of a difference

storage isnt an issue. I'm going form a 30gig to (2) 250 gigs so I really dont see myself using it all up, ever.....

But would Raid 0 be faster to run may games or would it be faster to have my games on a seperate HDD than my OS ?

it would be slightly faster. someone did a comparison at ocforums and figured out raid doesn't do very much
