hi..

I have a little problem over here. I got some BH5 and i can get it stable @ 3.58V 260MHz. Now i want to go higher but i can't give anymore voltage to the ram. If i try to give 3.6 in BIOS boot fails. And as higher i try it fails again. :( Anyone knows to solve this problem?

I was thinking it is my PSU. It's a 350W Coolermaster 20-pin. It's on a Ultra-D NF4. But i wanna know for sure before I buy a new one.

I don't know.. First thing going to try is changing slots. BTW here a MBM shot.

As far as I see the 3.3V rail isn't increased.

i've made a mistake talking about raised 3.3v rail .
Try another dimm slot , only one stick if you are in dual .

Not working. The sticks are in the yellow slots. Tried stick 1 alone, stick 2 alone, both sticks together. Every time it fails boot.

Or try cooling them if your not doing so yet.

I'm surprised your getting as far as you are now.

Orange are the best try them.

I'm sure this has already been done but did you switch the 4v jumper on the board? I could be wrong but doesn't that motherboard have a voltage jumper for VDIMM? To my knowledge only the Expert doesn't use a jumper for increased VDIMM voltage? Please disregard if I have no idea what I'm talking about, lol!

hey, welcome to XS.

you cant give the ram more then 3.2v without flipping the jumper, so i am sure this has already been done.
