Program like Nlite but for use after install?

I tried to use nlite but can't seem to get the cd to be bootable and the guides on thei site are pretty old and didnt help much.

Now i've installed the full version and its ended up as 1.7gb :nono:

Any programs i can use after the initial install which will let me remove all the useless stuff as tweakxp only disables it rather than removing anything.
