i figured you had at least heard of our little team by now, we've been trying to catch DDT ever since we started this thing, came close today, 800 credits. and rod....he's only 32000 behind us and falling more each day:fact:

maybe we can catch DD before he gets his entire crunching farm on rosetta, if not, we'll never catch him.

p.s. DD, can you take your computers off of hidden? i'd like to see the specs of all the different rigs on you have running so i can be like this :eek2: and this :shock2: and this :worship: and this :shocked: and this :clap:

BTW, for XSTMers....my sig is free for everyone's use if you want it. I also have a smaller verson if you want it.

And yes, there's still the same IE rendering error where it renders white rather than transparent and no I can't put in a permanent grey because IE misrenders the webpage coloring and therefore either FF or IE will display it wrong and my favorite is FF so it gets special treatment :D

Those of us using the sig I'm using....I recommend center aligning.

And I'll be fixing it shortly I reckon (there's a few glitches in it). I also have one for stats in the works (shadow's gotta go bye-bye though :(, but I promise I'll make it just as nice ;)). Unfortunately, IE viewers will never get a proper looking version.... (blame Canada)

(not to mention that the first time I bring a new girl around the house... and she sees computers all over the place... yea that wouldn't go well :lol: )

Well the bad thing about that lost prophet is we don't have as big as a user base as [H] or anandtech. We do well for what we have thou.

I know [H] has stampedes or w/e, the call it "relic to 100" where they add 100cpu's in a matter of weeks. Yes 100 NEW cpus. I read somewhere today they have some 9000 active cpu's folding. (F@H)

That is a really good idea. In the short time that we have been crunching R@H, we have seen that systems which are completely 3DMark/Spi32M/Prime stable can still easily error out in Rosetta.

We need to get our new "stability test" up on the front page, with easy instructions on how to set it up for team XS. Perhaps with a "if you run an AXP, click here" and "If you run a P4, click here" type format.

Now if someone could possibly make an auto installer of some sort with optimized clients for each cpu type, that should make getting new members up and running a lot easier... ;)

I don't think it's possible because all the stuff you have to do to get to the point where you can even put in the optimized clients...

.:EDIT:. Not to mention that 90% of the time I couldn't get work for Rosetta on a new install for about 5 > 10 minutes... so this would be a long wait to finish an install.
