Sig is current and running at what you see there. My problem: If I up both cards in ati tool beta11 to 625/750, then run 03 or 05 I get lock ups or corrupt screens. Even if I change volts on each card to 1.30 I still get the same results. I have fans set on 100% and neither card gets over 55c on load. Do I need to go higher on volts? In 05 with system oc and cards at ati default I scored 14502 so I dont think cards are screwed. Any help is welcomed.

Try re-installing 3D mk 03 , you are using latest build 3.6.0 ?? :)

Yes, using 3.6.0, will try re-install and report back. Thanks.

1.3 is not enough voltage, 1.4 is a good median voltage for stock cooled cards and gives some nice overclocking room. You should also disable ATI HotkeyPoller and ATI smart Services so they do not interfer with your overclocks.

Increasing volts to 1.4 seems to do it when running stock cpu. Once I push it up to 310x11 I get freeze at 650/775. Ill keep tweaking and find the cure....
My second maze 4 is due next week, I will be running these on a single loop with an 50Z so that should help me a lot...
Thanks for the input gentleman

PSU perhaps cant handle that kinda load? I had problems with OCing before getting the PSU in my sig. I could run my vid card at higher clocks with stock CPU speeds than i could when i OCed the CPU. Not enough juice. You have the same PSU as me, and while its a great PSU, i dont know if it could handle the load brought on by dual high end vid cards, and OCed high end CPU, and whatever drives you may have.

i find with some cpus like FX-57 and some opterons 3d2k3 is more cpu intensive locking up and requiring a lower cpu clock or more vcore than what you can do with 3d2k05 and 3d2k1
shamino and OPB and a few others told me it's normal for 3d2k3 to do that on air/water until you hit phase change it fixes itself it seems

I got an antec 550w truepower lying around here somewhere. Maybe Ill try running dual psu setup.
@eva2000 I am running phase change on cpu: http://img445.imageshack.us/img445/8915/010820061458025fz.th.jpg (http://img445.imageshack.us/my.php?image=010820061458025fz.jpg)
requiring a lower cpu clock or more vcore than what you can do with 3d2k05 and 3d2k1
Let me see if I understand this part, I think you are saying if I was to run say 260x13, which is lower cpu clock, that may fix it??

well my FX-57 on water did 3120mhz max for 3dmark05 and 3dmark2001 but only manages 3086mhz in 3dmark2003 higher it locks up
my opteron 170 does 2950mhz max for 3dmark05/3d2k1 but only 2890mhz in 3dmark2003 higher it locks up
i use either 650W Silverstone SLI psu or 510W Pc powercooling SLI psus

Dropped to 3355 set 625\750 in ati tool, upped volts to 1.40, tightened up ram a bit and had a smooth run: http://img374.imageshack.us/img374/1576/010920060142034km.th.jpg (http://img374.imageshack.us/my.php?image=010920060142034km.jpg)

Cant wait to get my 2nd maze4 this week and get these on water. I dont have pcmark 05 or even 3dmark 01. Is either one more important than the other when benching our rigs:confused:

This is very true. I also have to run 3dmark with 80 mhz slower than 05 and 01:)
