Curious what a solid single card score is for a 7800GT in 3d01, 3d03, 3d05. I havent run any other tests ATM than 3d01. I know that is more "system" intensive as well versus say the 03 and 5 versions...as in the score can heavily be affected by other things in the rig than the video card.
Running right at 30K in 01 with my single eVGA 7800GT 500/1200. Not sure how that stacks up. Hoping for more magic after Vmods and better cooling other than stock.
I did not see a way to handle this via the search tool on the ORB.

Those are my scores without vmods, gonna brush up my soldering before i attempt anything. in 01 i get like 33k, but that's obviously very CPU dependant, and it quite likes my x2 + 81.95's.

Thanks for the reply.
Wonder why you are kicking me be a good 4K points on 3D01..according to what you said about getting 33K. You only have me by maybe 250MHz cpu, and cant imagine if you havent modded your vid card that the clocks are that much better than mine. As far as I am aware, a dual core chip doesnt impact scores that much, if at all...am I wrong with this?
Cant simply be the drivers you are using.
Looks like I need to do some tweaking. :slapass:

well...dual core + 81.xx series drivers does make quite a big difference when it comes to additional CPU power.
Also, using bh-5 with very tight timings which always helps quite a lot.
