My 7800GT SLI is vgpu modded and vdd soon so I don't care about 1.5v bios. As far as I can tell I don't have a delta on my BIOS. The cards are Evga 7800GT 515's. 581 core in rivatuner is 581 core on the ORB and everywhere else. Would a BIOS with a delta of 50 just max my clocks at 531 with the same performance or would it help me? I don't quite understand how this delta thing works.

With Nibitor you can change your Bios, add a delta and write it back with NVflash.
Why don't you just try it.
In my case I achieved a considerable performance increase.
My root clock went down to 472 with a delta of 50, compared to 486 with a delta of 0.

I'd need to pull both cards out and stick a floppy in... Total PITA in a super lanboy. Maybe when I mod mem. Anyone have delta vs no delta comparo in 3d?
