Alright guys....I say we have a place like we did with D2OL where we list out what our systems can do in one day.
This is a little harder with Rosetta though. You can manually do it (like I did), updating exactly 24 hours apart (well, I started yesterday and then updated exacting 24 hours later) and using subtraction to figure out your daily or you can do it over the course of 36, 48, etc. hours.....just don't pull any shens.
Okay, here goes....I'm just using a generic format, no format is really required or recommended, just make it easy to understand.

4400+ X2 @ 250x11 (2750Mhz)
250 2-2-2-3

There we go:
Pentium D820 @ 3.13 (224x14)
1GB of crappy ram
~400-500 24/7
Is used a LOT. It is my home/gaming rig. Go for 500-800 dedicated.

Dell Precision M70
2.0GHz Pentium M
1GB RAM
On for about 12 hours gives me 125 approximately

I think about 600 on a 3000+ winchester @ 2400MHz.

Interesting...I have the following rigs running Rosetta:
1.5Ghz Mobile
2.8Ghz P4
3.0Ghz P4
3.2Ghz P4
4400+
I can measure over a 48 hour period...perhaps we should consider a weekly avg, especially since the majority of us use these rigs...It will avg out more accurately. Also, due to the server being up & down, I have run out of candies several times.

youre 4400 is going to do the work of 3 of those P4 rigs.. These DCs rule munch through these WUs

Is that an exaggeration????

More like an underestimation....two medium-high clocked A64 cores will compete with 3-4 slightly-less-aggressively-clocked Intel cores.

Should I switch the P4's over to Dimes? or will it be the same issue?

No.. keep them running R@H... you can run dimes on them at the same time as it doesn't use any of your CPU power.

why don't you just run dimes with it since dimes uses no CPU power.

Hardly exaggerated.. Finally a DC that shows the power for an AMD.

Naw, ive had some Xeon DX rigs before. Ive gotten some really good deals on Dual Core AMDs and its nice to see their muscle :)
Ive got one going up next week and 4 more shortly after :)

Okay, I've done a larger sample: 48.8 hours and did 2763.##, bringing me to ~1360 a day.

question i'd like you guys to answer
Credit is based on CPU time
CPU time is the time that your CPU is used ...right?
doesn't that mean theoretically even if a pentium 33 mhz takes 5 years folding one unit...that will give the same points has folding 5 years worth of lots of WU's with a super computer?

No, because the Benchmarks are used toward points too, and since a Pentium 33mhz wouldn't quite have the benchmarks of an A64, chances are, it wouldn't score as many points.

Anybody running rosetta on a 2.8GHz Celeron (478)? I may install a copy if it is worth it.

I was running Rosetta on a 2.8C P4, but the benchmarks were really low, so I put it on F@H, which made me remember why I don't like F@H so much, the WU take forever!
.:EDIT:. here's the post with my benchmark results Here (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showpost.php?p=1217334&postcount=16)

got my friends to do it for me
pretty good
none of us do 24/7
but out put should be nicer
currently have on the team
AMD3200+ stock
AMD FX 55 Stock
P4 2.6C @3.41 ghz
Hopefully get another
P4 3.0ghz
and AMD 3500+ @2.5ghz
Edit: pretty pleased with my 2.6C @ 3.41 ghz...can do about 500 credits in 24 hours using just one logical processor (50% load)
