we finished with 52000 for today, not too bad, but i still think we have alot more power not being used yet. so far each day our totals have gotten better

our last few days of running it:
12/31 :~12000
1/1: ~17000
1/2: ~22000
1/3: ~30000
1/4: ~43000
1/5: ~52000

i think we wont have much trouble getting ahead of anandtech, but DPC and FDC are going to be harder to match. we are going to need about 250,000 daily to catch FDC, so we need about 10 DDTUNG's on the team :p: .

i'm ready to see 100k in a day from us, we are already doing good since we just started switching from d2ol this past week. we're going to need new members, and maybe some members that have gone to crunch for other teams to come back;)

congrats to DD for taking red pie today, i thought it was going to be close for a few seconds there, looks like you got some extra power @ the last second today

I was just thinking about this same topic.

We will need to quituple our output(from today) to catch FDC in a reasonable timeframe. that seems like a huge task, but if there's any team out there that can do it, it'd be us. :)

It'll take a while for all of our power to get switched over from D2OL, but I think after we've built a really substantial lead in D2OL, we should be able to pull almost all production from it without worry of the Cows coming back anytime soon. Overall, I'd guess we should be at full production within 2 months or so, given we do have some members returning favors to other teams for a while.

And yeah, we will need new crunchers and perhaps some old strangers to wander back over to the team. ;) And as for DDTung, he did pull the red pie today. But it looks like someone is gunning for him....

:toast: to everybody on the XS rosetta team.

I would like to see more people with +1000 per day.
the cows do not have any real rosetta powerhouses just a bunch of their member produce +1000 per day, their highest producing member for yesterday only put up 3800 points.

I know we can bring down the cows and :bsod: them so they will :worship: at our feet.

That's the way to do it.

Everyone that crunches on a broadband connection should be running DIMES for us as well, b/c it really takes no CPU power.

Not to worry guys. My personal farm is only about 25% switched to Rosetta. The entire DX farm is still crunching D2OL, save one which is testing out various Rosetta settings and clients. I will be adding 4 more AMD DCs to the existing 6 within a month. Then there is the P4 HT fleet at the office that I am trying to commit to Rosetta.:)

I am looking forward to another barbecue.:D

Geez, we might end up having to find a another boinc project to work on the side at this rate :p:

hehe, I was waiting for Victor to chime in. ;)

You are already putting out 8k in Rosetta, and I checked the D2OL stats tonight only to find that you are still putting up a consistent 10.5k over there. :slobber:

It scares me to think what you are capable of if you put all your firepower toward Rosetta(which you sure should, hehe), especially since you said you only ever had about 1/2 of your available office PCs crunching at all. The available power you have just boggles the mind! :worship:

I was running DIMES for a while, but COX cable (my provider) kept kicking me off. After I stopped DIMES all is better, but no more DIMES for me....

When the examinations are done I'm going to search for a cheap AMD XP or sempron rig. I wan't to get 1k/day :D

We need DDTs entire farm to produce more... How many of you have all their rigs switched over already? I have...

We have exceeded my wildest expectations! As you can see Free DC has almost 10 Million with a healthy daily so its going to take a lot to catch them. Wonder when we can crack the top 10? At this rate of growth who knows!

I am also crunching for Rosetta at +- 30%, just didn't have time to switch all rigs :-)

yeah, thats understandable. It's not the first time I've heard stories of Cox bandwidth-capping accts and doing other stupid stuff.

Ah you must be looking at RAC rankings. We are now 5th in daily production and 27th in total production :)
