How is RAC calculated?

I have one rig with like 330RAC and one with 238 and my total RAC is 242. How do they figure that out? Shouldnt it be added together?

Doens't this show how dedicated your rig is, then? If the RAC varies a lot, the cpu was busy with other things then benching...
