How long has it been running?

Do you have anything of interest in the "Messages" tab in the Boinc client?

If you click the "work" tab in boinc... do you see a list of work that is waiting to be done?

And most importantly... did you change the "Do work while computer is in use?" to "YES"??? If not your computer will not do work on Rosetta until your computer has been idle. Go here and login http://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/home.php

Under "Preferences" click "View or edit general preferences" and change the option.

Here is what my Options look like.

Rodzilla,

try the following:
Switch between applications every: 120 minutes
Write to disk at most every: 600 or more (if you leave your PC on non stop and it doesn't crash (which I assume), change this value to 1800)
Connect to network every: 10 days

That should bring a little boost (it did for me :))

This is if you only run more than one BOINC project... I'm only running rosetta so it doesn't matter.

I know what this value is for and what it does... But I can't find a justification to change it... Most ppl run the def 60...

Connect to network every: 10 days
That's just to set how much work your computer will buffer (Enough to last 10 days in your example)
