Zalman VF-700 temps went up

I just installed my new zalman fan on my X1800 XL and before when running RTHDRIBL i woulde hit a top of 62-63*, now its hitting 73*, did i do something wrong or something?

did u make sure you cleaned off the core with achohal pad? and reaplied theramal compound? is the cooler tightend enough? my temps dropped by 15c with my VF700.

I have one on a X1800XT, max CCC 690 / 800 and my load doesnt break 60 deg c.

Check to make sure you have good contact with the cooler - also the drivers that came on the disk didnt detect temps right, make sure you have the 5.13s from ATI.com.

got a better OC out of it too now... 600/1500 (core wont take more then 1.125 volts :( )
