I got some problems to go over, but i think if i fix them i take 300mhz 2-2-2-5 sry for the bad print screen, i will make a beter one soon.

so where is it bench stable?
What cooling on the mem?
BTW, your PI time kinda sucks for that speed. I can get the same time with TCCD at 295mhz with a 2.95ghz cpu.

Yes
Nope
The board is wierd after 3.85vdimm but i found something that works
MaxxxRacer: hmm yeah the time is wierd, did you run with 2x256mb tccd? . i compare with my 2x512mb sticks and they are alot fast with lower mhz on cpu and fsb..

I think i found the problem i did use loser timings becuse i wanted to go over 300mhz its stil 2-2-2-5 but Max async latench is higher and i think i did raise some thing more also, i will fix that to next time. Sleep time know working tommorow :/

Oh wow, your old mhz is faster.. strange. Not that it matters but try disabling some stuff. that will help. Also found that since CPUZ updates itself when SP is running, its best to turn it off. A64 tweaker doesnt effect the times though.
And of course I'm using 2x512 in 2.5-3-3-6-10-12 config for that time.
So i ask again, where are you bench stable. more accurately what are you 24/7 stable at?

Plainly said, :woot:
Takes grit to make that happen. Did ya break a sweat when you fired the machine up?
Kingston?
I guess If you decrease cpu frequency you would get more
Does idle cycle limit = 0 really increase stability?

This is a beter print screen( but i think i can make beter time, lower RP and max asynk). Dunno know where i´m are bench stable yet(i will test that when i get some time over), The Dfi lanparty board have some problems over 3.85vdimm it dont like if i save one image in paint, and run super pi 1m again after that. I will try to figure out a cure or maybe i go for the new MSI board. With around 3.7v i can do benching around 280mhz in door temp. Dont want to go any higher in vdimm without something cold blowing on the sticks or watercoler on them. 24/7 i dont use this sticks i run 4x512 in 24/7 or 2x512
Kiwi: Kingstone = yes, lower cpu mhz = dont geting any higher.
Stryg: No it make it faster in super pi.

your time seems kinda high (might be because of your loose alpha timings).
what cooling are you using??
good look on 300mhz 2-2-2-5

Coldair...but no fans over the sticks.. have big problem with my stupid big typhoon...it dont like cold + and take to much room over the sticks, and the temp out side is not so low it can be this night so i have some room for improvements.

Thats some crazy ram there. Burn them in over night. Do like 290 @ 3.8 overnight, give it some rest, then go for the 300 2-2-2-5 run. Just my idea. Do a hard mod from your 5v rail.

was i reading correctly that there was no airflow over the sticks there?! IF that's true, get some powerful 120MM fans and suspend them over the sticks. That last MHz is yours when the frost stops falling :D That is a sweet result dude. Makes me sad that my GX won't pass 260

The problems with the fan is that it are only blowing on the sticks on the wrong side :( , the Bog typhoon is so big + it need to be away from the cold to work. time for work now...colder temp this day.

i think these sticks are burned with 3,85+ volt *rofl
and i also think that he's not searching for tight timings :D
his goal is more like 300+mhz not tight timings

U should place some tornado fans on those modules to help with that last mhz. I am 100% sure some tornados will do that job.

only one damn MHz, give them some 'training' over night,
give it all you can, cool everything you can, try some mods to increase the Vdimm, anything .....

LastViking : i notised that the DFI get instable @ 3.80VDimm and above...
many times i couldn't even boot to windows. most of my problems where during the startup.
Then i used the hipro5s maximizer ,i booted @ 3.7V and then i changed the Vdimm 'on the fly' inside windows even up to 3.96V with no prob.

BrainPower PCB??
Dunno but i think the PCB does not matter anymore becuse i have 4 sticks that can do 290+ and they have diffrent pcb´s"Twinmos,Corsair,Muskin,Khx". What are telling me the pcb is brainpower?are it any symbols or something writed on them?
Position the fan so it blows from the side, blowing down the gap between the sticks :toast:

And get a non-heatpipe heatsink for the CPU when running the system in freezing temps like that. Heatpipes just are not designed to work in a very cool environment. ;)
