I would really love to get my 1GBLE sticks 32M stable @ DDR600 2.5-3-3-X...

So far only reached 1M stability and uncertain as to what to tweak :confused:

I consider myself a rookie regarding mem-benching, but I'd love to learn a few things from you guys.

I have, ofcourse, sought some inspiration in bachus's AWSOME TCCD on NF3/4 thread :toast:

I have shots in my back pocket that more than qualify for the TRCD=4 section but i want to join the TRCD=3 club :D

This is at 2.8vdimm set (actual 2.9)

I think Kakaroto's TCCD guide could help you alot;
TCCD DDR600+ DFI nF4 Ultra/SLI guide (http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=57317)

How does memtest compare to 32M?

Which fails first?

I'm in the same boat as you...:(

after reading kakaroto's guide many many times , managed to run hours of memtest even at ddr620 , but windows fails to start and I can't even do spi 1m... right now I will be very happy if I could set it to ddr550 2,5-3-3-x perfect stable ...

I really don't understand why I can run so many std passes in memtest and windows is far from stable... :( :confused:

Memtest(Dos one) is not quite the best stability indicator ...
Since now if rams passes the windows memtest then for sure they will pass SPi.

Pi 1M is very sensitive .. if it passes then u can try memtest for endurance .
Good luck :D

why is your superpi time so high for DDR600

Running with multi 8 on a non-tweaked, dirty OS.

Check my log for best runs...
