Maybe the elected members can write a small bit to explain who they are and why they want to be rosetta captain. I don't think Rod needs any introduction to the people but it'd be nice for people to know who they are dealing with. A bit like the D2OL second in command thing. Just a small intro of who you are, why you think you'd be good for the role and send it to rodzilla. He can include it in the election thread. As I said rod is more then welcome to do the same but I don't think he needs any introduction :) his reputation speaks for itsself :)

If you read to the sticky at the top of the rosetta section it will tell you what you have to do. To join XS you have to log into your acount on the rosetta website and click join team and find and join "XtremeSystems". Also you should install optimizations but refer to the guides at the top of the front page of the rosetta section for that.
