It appears that DDTUNG is our Rosetta mod. Good choice.

i just installed the BOINC Client on one P4 and then i copied and pasted the optimized client stuff into the folder... and then when BOINC opens it says that Error Message.. im reinstalling it right now to see if i screwed up the copy and pasting.

i've decided to come on board and leave the d2ol mess behind. Ill be throwing what limited resources i have at rosetta alongside the wcg xs team I started up. Im working on getting some new power for this but it may take awhile and some gentle persuasion:stick: or harder :slapass: whatever works:D

ive got to say this is way more advanced than d2ol. Seems AMD is far and away the best choice for CPU in this. Need more semprons!

Who cares whether it favors amd just but the dual opty anyways:D But seriously yes it does favor amd and sse and sse2 instruction sets. Quite considerably actually.

As you can tell from my sig i have 2 X2's and 3 DX's in my farm. The X2's do produce more but i need to get more ram in them for it to be a fair test. To dock 4 WU's at the same time on a DX takes ~750mb RAM and mine only have 512mb so there is quite a bit of the page file being used and it is only a regular IDE HD. no sata here. I will probably be ordering more RAM this week i need 1.5Gb more for my farm.

one good thing is that it seems that D2OL and resetta work fine together. I have on DX running 2 x D2OL and only docking 2 WU at a time for rosetta and i get ~150 cands for D2OL per day and ~15-17 complete WU for rosetta per day!!

I just added 4 rigs to Rosetta, have several questions:
1- DDTung is our captain, great...what's the address (URL) for him to manage?
2- What's our Team Name? Should I merge now?
3- I want to assign different parameters to each rig, not sure how to allocate diff disk space, etc. to each rig though. It appears as tho I can only assign Home / School / Work parameters, although I will be joing with 6 rigs?
4- Mad mikee, are you on the team? Need new sig's...where do I go to get them?

not true, i had 3000 credots before i joined the team and i still have them. i did not lose anything for joining with credots.
