Are you using ATI Tool to switch between voltages?

Just flashed to the PE Bios and monotor with rivatuner I guess its auto
I haven't messed with the voltages yet.

in the screen doesn't see the graphic of voltage..

How well does it work?

with OC bios, the voltage go up to 1.48v when card is in 3d mode..if youopen atitool 0.25 beta 11, card does't go to the 3d mode, so the voltage remain 1.3, and so you must modificate voltage with atitool or with overcloker
