Dimes proxy details

Does any one know the details that are required for the proxy part of dimes? I've tried running it through my proxy but so far with no success.

Sorry if this does not help, but I just joined yesterday and seem to have it working without configuring any proxy. I did have to open my firewall to allow outbound UDP to destination ports 33435, 33436, 33437, and 33438. After that I was good to go, do you have a log to look at to see if it is getting hung up somewhere?
